Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Policy on Cancellation

    1. You must notify the restaurant if you decide to cancel your order/s, preferable by phone quoting your order number. If the restaurant accepts your cancellation/s, no cancellation fees apply. If the restaurant cancellation/s (e.g. preparation of order/s placed by you has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched), we will not be able to refund any order value, which has already been dispatched. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order, once you have received confirmation of the same from the restaurant, usually, this is within 05(five) minutes of placing an order/s.

    2. If the cancellation is made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellations, we will refund/re credit into your debit/credit card account within 14 working days, which includes the initial delivery charge (wherever applicable), which you paid for the delivery of the goods or the services, as applicable.

    3. Restaurant may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you, and if this is the case and return any payment that you have made through the payment channel.

    4. However, in the unlikely event, of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you on such unavailability. In such an event you are entitled to cancel entire order/s and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our REFUND POLICY in force.

    5. In the unlikely event, the participating restaurant delivers the wrong item; you have the right to reject the wrong item, you shall be fully refunded for the missing item/orders within 14(fourteen) days by the restaurant. If the participating restaurant can only do a partial delivery ( as few items might not be available),its staff should inform you and proposes a replacement for the missing item/s. ASTROCUISINE is not responsible for wrong and partial delivery. The issue has to be settled directly with the restaurant only.

    6. In the same time you can register a complaint with us at mentioning the fact and we will monitor the restaurant. Any restaurant found continuously following such practices, even after suggesting improvement opportunities, the restaurant may be blocked from continuing to serve through ASTROCUISINE.

    7. Advance orders are also subject to this cancellation policy. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Please contact us to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation or modifications.

    8. We reserve the right to cancel your order/s, if designated address falls outside the delivery zone, offered by us.In the event of failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, authorization or direction form you at the time of delivery or unavailability of item/s ordered by you at the time of booking the order.

  2. Policy on Modification of Order

    1. All sales are final. Because each restaurant meal is individually prepared for you, when you place an order, orders cannot be modified, altered or change in any way, once they are placed and confirmed. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order is placed, as such, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed, keeping in mind the time to deliver the order to your locations.

  3. Policy on Dedicated Delivery Mechanism

    1. All food preparation and deliveries are the combined responsibility of ASTROCUISINE and respective restaurant accepting the order. Please be aware that ASTROCUISINE and participating restaurants will do everything we can to meet the delivery time you specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
